The former Queens Arms Hotel, erected in 1854 or 1855 on the corner of Dorcas and Coote Streets, South Melbourne, is of State architectural and historic significance. It is one of the earliest buildings in South Melbourne. Though delicensed in 1883 it also appears to be the earliest extant hotel in that suburb.
